Travel beyond this distance may require an additional travel fee. Parking must be available near the service location. Any required paid parking fees will be added to the final service total. ⸻ ✨ Booking Policy • A reservation fee is required to secure all appointments and is applied toward your service total. • Appointments are not confirmed until the reservation fee has been received. • Please review all service details carefully before booking. ⸻ ✨ Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy • A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required for all rescheduling requests. • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment may result in forfeiture of the reservation fee. • A 15-minute grace period is provided for appointments. Arrivals beyond the grace period may require cancellation or rescheduling. • Zhuris understands that emergencies occur and reserves the right to review exceptions on a case-by-case basis. ⸻ ✨ Concierge Service Policy For safety and service quality, concierge appointments are confirmed only with verified booking information. Zhuris reserves the right to decline, cancel, or reschedule any appointment when necessary. Cancellation Policy

I charge a 30% cancellation fee for any no- Shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment.
